This cute vintage-style image was downloaded from
Vintage Holiday Crafts. I stamped the background on the bottom black panel and added dots with Smooch ink. Black Diamond Stickles was added to outline the layers. The girl was actually cut out of a second printed image and popped up over the bottom one with dimensional dots. Blue panel was embossed with Cuttlebug embossing folder.
